Food waste training

Love Food Hate Waste Training – 27th March

Did you know the average family wastes £60 worth of good food a month? Most of this food and drink waste could have been avoided if only we’d eaten it in time, or knew how much food to prepare and what we could do with our leftovers.

Come along to find out more about how you can reduce your food waste and pass the message on to others.
We are offering free Love Food Hate Waste training – which provides tips and advice on talking to people about reducing their food waste.

The training covers:
–  the background to, and issues around, food waste
–  the key behaviours to help reduce food waste
– support on engaging with others/passing the messages on.

The training is run by Wrap, it’s really good with lots of surprising facts and hands on activities.

Thursday 27th March 11:30-2:30pm at The Mill Road Depot, Mill Road, CB1
2AX

If you are interested in coming along please get in touch, it’s free and open to all, but places are limited so please email
