Trinity Hall dates back to 1350 and is one of the oldest and most beautiful of the Cambridge colleges. As both a thriving centre for academic excellence and a successful conference and events venue.
At Trinity Hall, we recognise the significant impact that catering operations can have on the environment and constantly aim to improve our practices to be as eco-friendly as possible. Our menus focus on the provenance and sustainability of ingredients and we use seasonal and local produce wherever we can. We also have a Environmental Policy which is regularly updated and enhanced.
“We are thrilled to be a part of the Cambridge Sustainable Food community, to share ideas and successes with like-minded businesses and individuals all aiming to make a difference. At Trinity Hall, we constantly seek to develop our sustainable food initiatives and will shortly be launching a low carbon say delegate package,” says Rachel Mortimer Holdsworth, Head of Conference and Catering Services at Trinity Hall.
