The Tickell Arms is part of the Cambscuisine family, a group of local Cambridgeshire restaurants with a positive ethos towards local, sustainable food. Where possible The Tickell Arms sources its ingredients from nearby producers, and aims to keep its menu in tune with the season. This commitment to sustainable food really showed during the 2015 Eat Cambridge Festival, when the restaurant’s team of talented chefs put together a successful (and delicious!) menu for the Sustainable Restaurant Showcase.
We are delighted that The Tickell Arms is on board for another of our sustainable food initiatives. For the duration of the Pumpkin Festival, they will be offering the following special dish:
Roast Pumpkin & Parmesan Velouté, Pumpkin Seed Pesto, Charred Shallot and Pancetta
All pumpkins will be sourced from within East Anglia.
