Pret A Manger

Pret is great for vegans all year round but they’ve released some yummy sounding products in time for Veganuary!

 

Try their Mushroom and Avo Sushi salad and Red Tapenade and Avo SuperBowl both at £4.50

All Bar One

All Bar One has created a new menu especially for Veganuary! Highlights include:

patatas bravas; tomato, vegetable and quinoa soup and a superfood salad

Las Iguanas

Fancy some Latin American spice this month? Las Iguanas has a 2 for 1 deal on vegan mains Sunday-Thursday throughout Jan! All you need to do is present this voucher.

Yo! Sushi

The Japanese chain has launched their Yo! Festival which runs Monday – Friday until the 27th January available in our Cambridge branch! The Yo! Festival features 48 dishes, 10 of which are vegan, for only £2.80 each!

The vegan dishes on offer include:

Tofu Katsu Curry – Voted ‘Best Vegan Curry’ by PETA. Crispy tofu with mild curry sauce, pickles and steamed rice.

Pumpkin Katsu – Naturally sweet, crispy bites of kabocha pumpkin, drizzled with tonkatsu sauce.

Vegetable Gyoza – Crunchy vegetable and soya filled dumplings with soy vinegar dipping sauce.

Kakiage Vegetable Tempura – Shredded vegetables bound together in a crisp tempura batter with a sesame vinegar sauce.

Vegetable Yakisoba – Yakisoba noodles in a tangy sauce served with crunchy, fresh vegetables.
