Three of the city’s top chefs use their creativity and artistic imagination to create dishes from food that would normally have gone to waste. An inspiring and fun evening with local chef and food writer Alex Rushmer, Parkers Tavern chef Tristan Welch, and local chef and author Rosie Sykes, including a glass of wine and canapes prepared by FoodCycle Cambridge.
