About

Aasia, the owner of Bibi’s Indian Cookery Classes, has won the bronze business standard award for promoting sustainable food through her Indian cookery classes in the Ely/Cambridge area. She also owns another bronze award winning business: Learn to Cook Cambridge.

When cooking, Aasia pays attention to her ingredients. She uses locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Combined to traditional cooking methods this results in incredibly tasty currys, naans and pakoras.

To reduce waste, she has decided to deliver plastic free catering and is encouraging people to take food home with them in their own not plastic containers.

Why we like them
