Cambridge Market Update

Cambridge Sustainable Food supports all the small food producers, processors and market traders in Cambridge who have worked tirelessly to continue to supply essential food during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are thrilled to see that from the 17th of March takeaway food stalls have been allowed to reopen and serve alongside essential food stalls, enabling Cambridge residents to support local food businesses at the heart of Cambridge.

Cambridge Sustainable Food understands the Public Health need to limit traders in Cambridge Market and supports the market returning to full capacity as soon as possible, recognising that the Council's priority is for it to reopen safely for both shoppers and traders. We look forward to welcoming the return of all traders to the market when it is safe to do so.
