Team building cookery sessions that make a difference for homeless shelter

Would you like to take part in a team building day? Do you work for or run a business in or near Cambridge?

Cambridge Sustainable Food has teamed up with It Takes A City and local homeless shelter Crossways to offer a series of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events aimed at tackling food poverty in Cambridge, championing food justice and supporting local initiatives providing meals for people in need.

Participants will work alongside chefs to prepare hearty meals for homeless people. The sessions will take place from 10am-2pm at St Andrew's Church and lunch will be included.

Businesses that take part in this project in March 2024 will play a vital role in helping us to define our programme, providing invaluable feedback. Sessions in March will be half price session costing just £200.
